After the first Web designer signed me up for a Wordpress blog, he posted my brother's artwork on it, put it online with no content, and then charged me $2500. I didn't even know it had gone up, which it did the day my father died. I demanded that the designer take it down, which he did, expressing puzzlement at how it all happened. The contract was very cleverly worded, so I had to pay $2500 for the privilege of being totally scammed.
